1. Replacement and return (refund) procedure
_Applications: Apply to Q%A or customer center (070-8841-2099) for exchange/return inquiries within 7 days from the product delivery date.

_Duration required: 3-7 days expected
_Limited number: Exchanges and returns (refunds) are limited to one time for the same product.
_If you return it via other courier service, not through CJ Korea Express(CJ대한통운), the additional cost will be your responsibility.

_Delivery costs are at the customer's expense.
_There should be no problem with the product or box and return any events or free gifts.
_Without product, traces of use, and non-delivery fees, there may be restrictions on refund.
[Product defect/misdelivery]
_Exchange/return is possible within 7 days of the product delivery date, and B.O.M. will pay for the delivery fee (date confirmation required).
_A photo must be attached to prove the defect of the product

_You must register to CS Center within 20 days from the product delivery date.
_There are more than two-thirds of the contents of the product left, and if there is a dermatologist's opinion that the product is a problem, we will refund it in full.

_Products 7 days after delivery date
_If the value of the product has been impaired (trace of use, damage to the product box)
_Products already exchanged once
